GOLD 4200 is an airless diaphragm pump designed for multi usage. It is the ideal pump for small-medium works in building work, for spraying of paints in carpentry and handicraft work and also special grouting application work at construction sites.

This pump is widely used for high-pressure chemical grouting work in concrete structures. Chemicals such as Polyurethane grout and Long Pot Life epoxy (LPL) are commonly pump through this user-friendly pump.

The electric motor GOLD 4200 is H class, that means:
maximum quality and safety. It can work in very bad conditions and with very high temperature. An automatic system stops the pump when exceeding the electric safety limits. The head block are in aluminium with hard nickel treatment, the valves in tungsten carbide. GOLD 4200 has been designed for an easy maintenance.

The airless system allows a high working speed and reduces the overspray, therefore paint and solvent saving. Less overspray means also less pollution and benefits for the worker's health!

12000 BI-MIX is a new and original bicomponent unit. It has been designed to work continuously and without problems with products to catalyze.

12000 BI-MIX is equipped of a pneumatic sounding alarm system. If one of the two components has a problem, the pump stops automatically and a sounding alarm advice the operator. All the parts in contact with the products are in stainless steel. Besides 12000 BI-MIX is equipped by a third pump for a rapid cleaning.
