Harvest Resources Pte. Ltd. (HRC) was established in 1987 as
a Sole-Proprietor entity and later incorporated into a Private Limited
company in 1990.The principal activities of the company are to provide specialized Concrete Repair / Grouting Expertise and specialized machines / equipments to the Construction Industry.
In order to provide more effective service we have streamlined our operations into two departments, namely the Concrete Repair and the Equipment department.
Briefly, our specialized services under the Concrete Repair Department are as follows:
• Tunnel repairs, Structural strengthening and restoration of concrete structures.
• Micro concrete pressure Grouting work, cementitious grouting and Epoxy grouting.
• Leakage Investigation and repair by high-pressure Polyurethane grouting in Tunnels
and underground structures.
• Shotcreting and Guniting.
• Refuse Chute Investigation, refurbishment and repair in high rise buildings.
• Acrylic GEL grouting for soil stabilization and underground water control.
• Sewerage Treatment Plant linings with sprayed mortar silicate lining.
(The first applicator in SE Asia)
• Foam Grouting.
The last three items are our latest acquired technologies from Germany for Sewerage Plants and soil control.
Under the Equipment Department our activities are as follows:
• Sale of Marketing of Turbosol’s range of spray plastering machines, sand and screed
pumps, ready-mixed plaster plants, Etc.
• Our best selling Taiver’s range of spray-painting and chemical grouting pumps
for Polyurethane and LPL epoxy grout.
• Distributor for Revelin’s range of power trowel machine for plaster.
Our latest success are appointments of Regional Managers for the above companies and also as IMER/ORU Logistics Centre (spare parts distribution) in Asia Pacific Region.
‘HRC’ is one of the pioneers in handling the Polyurethane grout since this chemical was introduced many years ago in Singapore. As a forerunner and an expertise in this field of business, HRC was entrusted to handle many leakage jobs ranging from concrete water tanks, leakage repairs to underground structures, basements, aircraft shelters and MRT tunnels.
Since our formation, HRC’s management staffs has always been applying hands-on principle of conducting our business and most of the problems on site are carefully assessed and evaluated before any proposals are presented. With good support of capable staffs, the company has kept the momentum of upgrading our skills as well as investing in more sophisticated machineries so as to enhance the productivity and quality of our work.
We are proud to announce that we are amongst the top most equipped grouting contractor with machines ranging from the lowest grouting capability to a capacity of 15m3 per hour and this has no doubt enable us to meet more challenges ahead.
